The Howard Cemetery has also been known as the Mace Cemetery owing to the fact that Mr. George Mace donated the land in 1913. For years it had been maintained by the Homemakers Club. There are only a few headstones, but records show that there were many burials. The names with an asterik (*) have a stone in the cemetery. Howard Cemetery can be reached by heading south off of Interstate 94 at the Reservation Creek exit. Take the first right and drive up the small hill. The cemetery is on the knoll to the left. It is on private property.
